Awards issued by the Chromatographic Society
In 1978 Professor A.J.P. Martin gave permission for his name to be associated with the 'Martin Medal'. The 'Martin Medal' is awarded to scientists who have made outstanding contributions to the advancement of separation science.
The Chromatographic Society celebrated its Silver Jubilee in 1982 and to commemorate the event it instituted the 'Jubilee Medal'. This award is presented in recognition of the contributions of younger scientists.
